  The Gonococcal Isolate Surveillance Project (GISP) was established in 1986 to monitor trends in antimicrobial susceptibility patterns of Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains in the United States to establish an evidence-based rationale for selection of gonococcal therapies. The 2022 GISP Site-Specific Profile highlights the demographic, clinical, antimicrobial susceptibility testing data for each GISP site which submitted N. gonorrhoeae isolates in 2022.
