Description:Using a nationally representative longitudinal sample, evidence is presented that a dispositional tendency to experience work-family spillover exists. A dispositional factor model accounts for data better than competing models, the dispositional factor is stable over time, and the dispositional factor is distinct from Big 5 personality traits.
