Description:"Widespread epidemics of influenza have not occurred since the opening of public schools; but school-centered outbreaks are reported from Georgia, Michigan, Utah, and Louisiana. The Puerto Rican epidemic continues to increase. A death due to influenza and pneumonia in a young man is reported. To date 5,430,442 ml. of influenza vaccine have been released for use. Details are provided on two deaths associated with influenza vaccine. Samples of the new influenza forms and an explanation of their purpose is provided in the Appendix." - p. [2]
