  In the September 2013 issue of the journal, in the article by Kuhar et al (Kuhar DT, Henderson DK, Struble KA, Heneine W, Thomas V, Cheever LW, Gomaa A, Panlilio AL, US Public Health Service Working Group. Updated US Public Health Service guidelines for the management of occupational exposures to human immunodeficiency virus and recommendations for postexposure prophylaxis. Infect Control Hosp Epidemiol 2013;34(9):875-892), there are 3 errors. In Appendix Table B1, row 1 ("Abacavir"), column 3 ("Dosing (dosage form)"), "300 mg daily" is incorrect; the correct dosing is 600 mg daily. Also in Appendix Table B1, row 17 ("Tenofovir DF"), column 5 ("Disadvantages"), the text immediately following "Nephrotoxicity" ("should not be administered to individuals with acute or chronic kidney injury or those with eGFR <60") should be deleted. Finally, the correct affiliation for author Ahmed Gomaa is Division of Surveillance, Hazard Evaluation, and Field [not "Health"] Studies, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Cincinnati, Ohio.
