Description:Review of lead poisoning in children with emphasis on the significance presented by the knowledge of the pertinent time-dose relationship response in dealing effectively with toxic agents such as lead. Clinical risk factors are outlined and the recommendations of the US Public Health Service concerning the variances of toxicity in children are reviewed.
