  The project has conducted the assesment of promoting health care facilities where are free from stigma and discrimination against PLHIV and key populaitons. By considering the connection of operations at every step. And the connection with the basic concept of the project is the 3X4 concept which consists of intervening activities at 3 levels: people, systems/structures. and external connections and four drivers of stigma and discrimination: 1) awareness, 2) fear/concern 3) negative attitude and 4) supporting policies/guidelines of the agency.
  
  Objectives:
  
  1. To describe the process of developing and implementing a project to reduce stigma and discrimination in health care facilities. in a 3 x 4 action package to promote health facilities free from stigma and discrimination
  
  2. To evaluate the operating process Results of the stigmatized and discriminatory situation (S&D situation) and success factors In implementing the project to reduce stigma and discrimination in health care facilities By comparing the differences between 2.1 Before and after project implementation 2.2 2.2 Hospitals that use different training courses and 2.3 Hospitals participating and not participating in the project
  
  Evaluaiton analyses: Factors and conditions for success, and challenges in project operations.
  
  Outcome: To lead, suggestions for improvement to create more effective operational measures in the future.
