Description:More than 100,000 Zika virus cases have been reported in Brazil since the Public Health Emergency of International Concern period ended in 2016. We analyzed cases in Brazil during 2017-2021 to identify transmission trends and forecast future infection hotspots. Our results can be used for targeted interventions to reduce transmission.
