Description:Trombiculosis is a skin infestation by larvae of mites of the Trombiculidae family. We used fluorescence-advanced videodermatoscopy to diagnose trombiculosis in a woman in Europe with targetoid patches. This method might be useful for identifying atypical manifestations of trombiculosis.
