    In the upper photograph a visiting nurse is making her rounds among the families of La Paz, Bolivia. She was trained by and works for SCISP (Servicio Cooperative Interamericano de Salud Pablico). At left, below, a nurse in a health center at Bogota', Colombia, advises a mother and children on health maintenance. At right is a typical public fountain installation of a cooperative water supply project at Croix-des- Bouquets, Haiti.
