  In July 1967, L,875 isolations of salmonellae were reported from humans, an average of 469 isolations per week (Tables I and II). This number represents an increase of 101 (27.4 percent) over the weekly average of June 1967 and an increase of 61 (15.0 percent) over the weekly average of July 1966.
  
  Reports of 605 nonhuman isolations of salmonellae were received during July, an increase of 55 (10.0 percent) from June 1967 (Tables IV, V, and VI).
