This volume also contains the 1991 Prevention Profile, fifth in a series of profiles, submitted by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services to the President and the Congress of the United States in compliance with the Health Services and Centers Amendments of 1978 (Public Law 95626). These reports were compiled by the National Center for Health Statistics, Centers for Disease Control. - p. iii
