  In previous years, annual editions of “Reported Tuberculosis Data" presented detail and summary tables by geographic areas, and a review of tuberculosis statistics for the United States. Tuberculosis morbidity and mortality data and information on hospital facilities are completed at various times throughout the year. In order to provide case data soon after they are received, state and city statistics for 1970 are published at this time. Later in the year the following reports will be issued:
  
  1. Reported Tuberculosis Data, 1970, including detailed analyses of statistics for the United States.
  
  2. Tuberculosis Beds in Hospitals and Sanatoria as of June 30, 1971.
  
  3. Tuberculosis Deaths and Death Rates, United States, 1969, including mortality statistics for states and cities.
