    Includes estimates for black and white persons of the incidence of acute conditions, prevalence of chronic conditions, limitation of activity, restricted- activity days, assessed health status, physician contacts, and hospitalization. These estimates are shown by age, sex, family income, poverty status, employment status, education, geographic region, place of residence, and marital status, Estimates are based on data collected in household interviews by the US, Bureau of the Census for the National Health Interview Survey during 1985, 1986, and 1987.
