  The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), through its Division of Public Health Systems and Workforce Development (DPHSWD), helped the Ethiopia Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) establish a Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program (FELTP), headquartered in Addis Ababa.
