The complete instructory manual contains 40 lessons, or five, 8-lesson modules. This manual is intended for the use of instructors only. It provides the instructor with an outline describing the key points in each lesson. this outline follows the text of the student manual (SM), and lists the SM page numbers corresponding to the key points in the far left column.
