Farm families must Have some knowledge and expertise in basic first aid and CPR, understand appropriate and SAFE response, know how to activate EMS in a way to insure a timely response! Big concern rght now is use of NH3 in methamphetamine production. Stimulant drug, also referred to as speed, crank, crystal, Ice. Human health effects - Acute "poisoning" and other adverse health effects., toxicity, exposure, route of exposure, label and MSDS, chronic health effects, cancers, nervous system effects, reproductive system effects. Other hazards - fire, environmental hazards, drift spills overturned equipment. Agriculture is complex. Complicated issues with injuries, exposures to other hazards.
