Description:The ELCAB simulation is designed to provide students in occupational safety and health an opportunity to apply problem recognition and analysis skills to a fairly realistic situation in a classroom setting. It can be used in an established safety or health course, or as a supplement to a short course or seminar of at least four days duration. The simulation is designed to be completed in phases. The completion of each phase is reached when either a set of written questions or the final written report is submitted to the simulation facilitator. [Description provided by NIOSH]
