Description:This manual contains reference information and instructions for using the Bureau of Mines accident cost indicator model (ACIM) software as implemented on the vax-11/780 computer with the virtual memory system (VMS). The objective of the manual is to provide the following capabilities: (1) execution of ACIM search and display procedures from the vax-vms command level by nonprogramming ACIM users, (2) access to the mine accident cost data bases for all mining sectors and file-management procedures by developers of private software, and (3) annual updating of the mine accident cost data bases by the ACIM manager.
