Description:A comprehensive occupational health program is described which is under development at the Kodak Park Division of the Eastman Kodak Company, manufacturing plant for sensitized photographic goods and chemicals employing approximately 32,000 persons. Four aspects of the occupational health program are discussed, including clinical medicine, environmental health, health maintenance, and rehabilitation. The need for greater specialization in the practice of occupational health is suggested, and some examples of interdisciplinary teams are presented.
