  Benefits from employee health services are not always concerned with monetary values, three benefits stressed include training for interns, students, and technicians of all kinds; good public relations by providing good services to the neighbors; and community involvement on the part of large firms. In this last area it is suggested that a large firm such as General Motors could provide occupational health services to thousands of small local contractors who do their printing, punch pressing and other jobs. The cost of occupational safety and health can be considerable but should not prevent the delivery of such services.
