  Personal asbestos (1332214) samples were analyzed at Certain Teed Corporation (SIC-3292) in Hillsboro, Texas on November 1971. Concentrations ranged from 0.1 fibers longer than 5 microns per cubic centimeter (cc) in an unidentified miscellaneous operation to 6.1 fibers longer than 5 microns/cc in the packing operation. Only the 6.1 count in packing operation exceeded the proposed asbestos threshold limit value of 5 fibers/cc longer than 5 microns. [Description provided by NIOSH]
