Around 49 million U.S. adults lack timely access to advanced stroke care in areas that have high levels of risk factors--where every minute matters. These maps display 30- and 60-minute drive times to advanced stroke care centers in each state, pointing to opportunitities where strengthening stroke prevention education, telehealth infrastructure, and facilities could improve stroke care. This map shows the drive times to advanced stroke care by census block for the state of Alabama.
