Fatality Narrative: Siding Installer Supervisor Dies in Head-On Motor Vehicle Collision

  On January 19, 2008, a siding contractor employee died when his pickup truck crashed head-on with another vehicle. The 30-year-old victim had worked for his employer, a siding contractor, for several months. He was driving a company vehicle, a Ford F-150 pickup truck, looking for possible business leads. As he was driving along a two lane road, his vehicle crossed the centerline and struck a dump truck head-on. The victim, who was ejected from the vehicle, died at the scene. The dump truck driver received minor injuries. Description provided by NIOSH
