Description:This poster examines the moderating role of cultural values on the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction by meta-analyzing 36 studies (N = 17,181). Results indicate a significant main effect of WIF and FIW on job satisfaction; some relationships are attenuated in collectivistic and high performance orientation cultures.
