Description:In the last decade, very few studies have examined the prevalence of noise induced hearing loss (NIHL) symptoms among farmers. In 2015, the Great Plains Center for Agricultural Health (GPCAH) administered a questionnaire to Midwest farmers in order to learn more about their hearing protection device (HPD) usage, frequency of exposures to noise >90 dB, and prevalence of NIHL symptoms.
