Description:The mission of the Southeast Center for Agricultural Health and Injury Prevention is to develop and sustain an innovative program of research, education, and health promotion to prevent work-related illness and injury and to improve the health and safety of agricultural workers and their families in the southeastern United States. Toward this end, the Southeast Center conducts and supports transdisciplinary, collaborative projects throughout its 10-state service region: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
