Description:Comparison of test parameter effects of sensitization of guinea pigs with chromium salts, K2-Cr2-07, including intramuscular versus subcutaneous injection routes, reinforcement, volume injected, and simultaneous injection versus splitting of the adjuvant injection, before or after injection of the allergen. The split adjuvant method, in which the allergen is injected first is cited as providing best sensitization. [Description provided by NIOSH]
