For each potential hazard identified, information was provided in tabular form, including the NIOSH Recommended Exposure Limit, the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit, record keeping required, the medical surveillance needed for workers exposed to the substance, whether or not stringent workplace controls are needed, health effects, and if the agent is suspected of being a carcinogen.
