Description:Worker exposures to asbestos (1332214) were surveyed in June, 1970, at Fibreboard Paper Products Corporation (SIC-2631) in Emeryville, California. Concentrations in the mixing, forming, curing, finishing, inspection and packing, and miscellaneous areas were 0.4 to greater than 16.3, 0.1 to 1.7, 1.5, 1.0 to 4.6, 0.1 to 4.8, and (f/cc), respectively. Two samples from the mixing area exceeded the 1969 threshold limit value of 12.0f/cc. [Description provided by NIOSH]
