• Description:
  Results of experiments intended to determine the formation and stability of platinum (7440064) and beryllium (7440417) complexes with various biochemicals are described. Some of the platinum complexes studied were: trichloro(adenic-acid)platinum(II); dichloro(dimethylglyoxime)platinum(II); dichloro(2,2'- bipyridine)platinum(II); dichloro(2- formimidoylpyridine)platinum(II); bis(2,2'- bipyridinaldoximinato)platinum(II). Included are platinum complexes with halogenated hydrocarbons. Also described are beryllium complexes with adenine (73245), guanine (73405) and histamine (51456). (Contract No. 210-76-0134)
