Description:Radiological screening of tunnel workers in the United Kingdom is reviewed. An attempt is made to correlate bone lesion occurrence with maximum pressure experienced and number of shifts worked. Decompression procedures in the United Kingdom and the United States are compared. A registry has been established to record information on the health and experience of compressed-air workers.
