Description:This report provides the findings from antimicrobial susceptibility testing of Campylobacter, E. coli, Shigella, non-typhoidal Salmonella, and Salmonella Typhi isolates (from humans) submitted to CDC in 1999. This is the first NARMS Human Isolates report to include antimicrobial susceptibility data for Salmonella Typhi and Shigella isolated from humans.
