This report describes final FoodNet surveillance data for infections caused by Campylobacter, Cryptosporidium, Cyclospora, Listeria, Salmonella, STEC, Shigella, Vibrio, and Yersinia for 2012, Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome for 2011, and changes in incidence of these conditions since 1996–1998 and 2006–2008.
