Description:Agents GA, GB, and VX are stored and are in the process of being destroyed by the Department of Defense (DoD). Public Law 99-145 (50 U.S.C. 1521) mandates that all unitary (self-contained) lethal chemical munitions be destroyed. Public Law 91-121 and Public Law 91- 441 (50 U.S.C 1512) mandate that the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) review DoD plans for disposing of these munitions and make recommendations to protect public health.
