Description:An increase in acute gastroenteritis occurred in Chanthaburi Province, Thailand, during December 2021‒January 2022. Of the norovirus genotypes we identified in hospitalized patients and produce from local markets, genotype GII.3[P25] accounted for one third. We found no traceable link between patients and produce but found evidence of potential viral intake.
