Description:This dataset contains data obtained from a survey of regulatory restaurant inspection agencies. The survey assessed agency characteristics and practices, such as the number of restaurants in their jurisdiction and whether they publicly disclose restaurant inspection results. These data were combined with foodborne outbreak surveillance data to assess the relationship between the practice of posting graded inspection results and foodborne illness and outbreak rates.
