NIOSH Board of Scientific Counselors evaluation capacity-building plan score sheet

• Description:
  In response to a Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) measure, the NIOSH Board of Scientific Counselors (BSC) is requested to annually assess NIOSH’s progress implementing its Evaluation Capacity-Building (ECB) Plan through 2025. The Board should use the standardized rubric below to assign a consensus score for the progress NOSH has made implementing the Plan in 2021. Scores may only be assigned in whole or half number increments (e.g. 4 or 4.5). Target dates (e.g. Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, etc.) for completion of each key learning activity in the ECB Plan are indicated at the end of each stated activity in the Plan. It is up to the BSC to determine the definition of each level of progress made (very good progress, good progress, etc.).
