Vaccine is supplied in two presentations: -Maximum of 11 doses per vial or -Maximum of 15 doses per vial ; Each box is approximately 2 inches by 2 inches by 5.4 inches ; Use vaccine vials stored in the refrigerator before removing vials from frozen storage. ; Check and record storage unit temperature each workday.
