CDC has been rapidly onboarding state and jurisdictional health departments to a more detailed form of COVID-19 electronic laboratory reporting (CELR). As of Friday, July 17, 35 jurisdictions have converted to electronic laboratory reporting, representing more than 60% of the total laboratory testing volume in the country
