Description:This report is one in a set of reports summarizing data from the 2009 National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) for the civilian noninstitutionalized adult population, classified by sex, age, race and ethnicity, education, family income, poverty status, and place of region of residence. Estimates are presented for selected chronic consitions and mental health charactersitics, functional limitations, health status, health behviors, health care access and utlization, and human immunodeficiency testing. Percentages and precent distributions are presented in both age-adjusted and unadjusted versons.- p. 1.
