Description:This surveillance supplemental report complements the 2014 HIV Surveillance Report [5], and adds to the Social Determinants of Health among Adults with Diagnosed HIV Infection in 11 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, 2014 [6] and the Monitor- ing Selected National HIV Prevention and Care Objectives by Using HIV Surveillance Data—United States and 6 Dependent Areas, 2014 [7] surveillance supplemental reports. This report is one of the first county-level, multi-jurisdictional analyses to examine SDH and linkage to HIV medical care, retention in HIV medical care, and HIV viral suppression.
