Description:"… the Office of Financial Resources’ (OFR) Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2015. As trusted stewards of public funds, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (CDC/ATSDR)1 continue to strengthen our capacity to make a positive difference in public health for our nation. OFR, formerly the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and the Procurement and Grants Office (PGO), provide critical business services for managing the agency’s acquisition, assistance, budgeting, and financial management responsibilities and initiatives. This expertise in financial management, grants, and contracts helped us to manage a record level of funding and to quickly and effectively provide funds to programs and services. In addition, we continued to demonstrate financial excellence by meriting, for the 16th consecutive year, a clean audit opinion on the overall HHS annual FY 2014 financial audit."
