  Heart disease death rates can differ considerably within a congressional district. These maps highlight the patterns in county−level heart disease death rates within this congressional district.
  
  The map for Congressional District 12 in North Carolina shows that heart disease death rates (ages 35+, 2021 - 2023) for Mecklenburg County, the single county represented in the district, is 250 per 100,000.
