Treatment options for postal and other workers exposed to anthrax, Friday, December 21, 2001, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET.
This live satellite and web broadcast will present to postal and other workers the treatment options for prevention of inhalational anthrax for persons who were exposed to anthrax spores and are currently completing 60-day courses of prophylactic antibiotics. An expert from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will review the options for individuals exposed to airborne B. anthracis spores and who may be at risk for inhalational anthrax.
