  Health Trak Cycle Two was conducted with a union contractor performing utility relocation work on a large urban highway construction project. The cycle lasted eight weeks between June and August, 1997. approximately 75 workers, including laborers, operating engineers, tunnelers, and pile drivers, were present on site during the course of the cycyle. A laborer steward, a laborer, an operaing engineer, the site safety manager, the project owner's environmental health and safety representative, and two university researchers comprised the Health Trak committee. The aim of this cycle was to have workers and suervisors work on a participatory research project to idejntify, mitigate, and evaluate the intervention for an ergonomic hazard on site.
