  Final report is presented of a study to characterize in humans and donkeys the normal pattern of particle deposition and kinetics of bronchial clearance; to determine the nature and severity of clearance abnormalities in cigarette smokers; and to determine the nature of abnormalities following acute and chronic exposure to sulfur-dioxide (7446095) and cigarette smoke.
