Backup data are given for the analytical method for dichlorodifluoromethane (75718). The protocol for validation of this method consisted of the following: analysis of 18 samples spiked with dichlorodifluoromethane; analysis of 18 samples collected from dynamically generated test atmospheres; determination of breakthrough capacity of activated coconut charcoal at low and high relative humidities; testing the storage stability of collected samples; and assessment of the precision and accuracy of the method.
