Description:A noise and hearing survey is used to characterize industrial noise exposure levels, and to describe the hearing status of workers exposed to noise conditions. Data include factory noise level measurements, job history, military service, hobbies, medical history, otoscopic, and audiometric data for each worker. Noise and hearing data are analyzed to determine the relationship between occupational noise levels, and hearing losses in worker groups classified by number of years of occupational noise exposure, and age.
