These are not acceptable risks. Take the time to re-evaluate your work to see where you might be leaving your safety to chance. Workers: Consider your daily tasks, tools and methods. What parts can you change to make them safer? Slow down. Report worn tools or equipment. Ask yourself if there is a safer way. Employers: Encourage workers to report hazards.
