Factors influencing the quality of working life in recent times are better working conditions and more courteous treatment by superiors since the new work force is better educated and is not motivated by coercion or by the traditional pay and fringe benefits. Attention is also drawn to the high price which some organizations had to pay for failure to meet OSHA standards.
